Michael Kmet is the mensch behind the Star Trek Fact Check blog. He received his master’s degree in cinema and media studies from UCLA in 2012. Since 2014, he has worked at Shout! Factory, where he is currently the director of sales and eCommerce and a tireless proponent of releasing classic television on home video.

Maurice Molyneaux is a screenwriter & filmmaker and 20-year veteran of the computer & video game biz. He was a designer on the STAR TREK: DEEP SPACE NINE—The Crossroads of Time game. He’s a big film and TV production buff, a lover of silent film, and a volunteer at The Internet Archive where he digitizes motion picture film.


Ryan Thomas Riddle is an award-winning writer for his work as a mild-mannered Bay Area reporter. Nowadays, he's a screenwriter, working on a variety of projects for TV/Film, audio, and comics. Most recently, he co-created and co-wrote a SF-Horror audio drama, We Don't Belong Here (link).

The Viking of Voice

Erik Braa is the voice of Fact Trek for video and audio presentations (coming soon!). A prolific voice actor with a distinct baritone voice Erik works in video games, commercials, toys, audiobooks and Calm sleep stories. Video game fans will recognize him from his prominent roles as Jax, Draven, and Vel'koz from League of Legends. In Star Trek Online he voiced Warden Gazzan, Kaiyan, Woldan.
